What’s Included
- $250 diagnostic fee waived on every service call. Non-members pay $250 per service visit. Members pay $0 — no exceptions, no fine print, every visit.
- 1 free Spring Tune-Up — for one piece of equipment. Choose your furnace, AC, or heat pump. A full professional inspection complete with photos and a written report so you can see every part of the work that was done. Multi-equipment homes can add additional tune-ups at $329 each. (Standalone tune-up price: $329.)
- 15% off all repair services. Applied to the flat-rate repair quote our technician provides after diagnosis.
- 5% off new equipment. Furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, ductless splits — discount applied to the equipment portion of any new install quote.
- Members-only priority phone line. Skip the queue and get scheduled ahead of non-members.
- Friendly seasonal reminders. We’ll let you know when it’s time to book your tune-up — so you never miss a season.
The Math: Why Membership Pays for Itself
Most homeowners need at least one HVAC service call every 18–24 months. The membership math is simple:
- Without membership: $250 diagnostic + $329 tune-up = $579/year (plus full price on any repairs)
- With Season Saver Membership during spring promo: $289/year — includes the tune-up, plus all future service calls have the $250 fee waived
- Your savings break-even point: One service call. Everything after that is upside.
And if something does go wrong, you get a 15% discount on the repair quote on top of the waived diagnostic fee. Customers with older equipment typically save $200–$500 across a year.
What’s NOT Included
Membership covers the diagnostic fee, one tune-up visit per year, and the listed discounts. It does not include:
- The cost of any repairs identified during a service call (these are quoted separately at flat-rate pricing, with the 15% member discount applied)
- Parts, refrigerant top-ups, or consumables (filters, etc.)
- Tune-ups on additional equipment beyond the included piece (each additional tune-up: $329)
- New equipment installation costs (the 5% member discount applies to the equipment portion of any new install quote)
- After-hours, weekend, or emergency calls (we don’t offer these — see below)
Membership Terms
- Residential service only. Commercial properties have separate maintenance agreements — call us to discuss.
- Service area: Greater Vancouver and Sea-to-Sky. Our shop is at 1990 Pandora Street in East Vancouver.
- Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We don’t offer after-hours or weekend emergency service. Member priority applies during business hours.
- Existing members: If you signed up under a previous benefits package, you keep your original benefits for the remainder of your current membership term. Renewals at promo time apply the new structure.
- Annual term, billed yearly. Membership fees are non-refundable.

How Our Pricing Works
New equipment quotes are always free. If you’re considering a new heat pump, furnace, or AC system, our in-home consultation includes sizing, system design, full rebate eligibility review, and a detailed written quote at no cost — membership not required.
Service calls have a $250 diagnostic fee. Our flat fee covers travel, fuel, and up to 30 minutes of diagnostic work. After we identify the problem, we’ll provide a written flat-rate repair quote — and you decide whether to proceed. Season Saver Members never pay this fee.
