AC Repair
Honest diagnosis, written quote, no surprises. $250 diagnostic fee covers travel and the first 30 minutes on site. Members get the diagnostic waived. We repair central AC, heat pumps in cooling mode, and ductless mini-splits across all major brands.
AC Installation
Free estimates on new equipment. We size the system properly (Manual J load calculation, not guesswork), match it to your duct system, and install it the way the manufacturer specs — so the warranty actually holds and the system actually performs. Heat pump upgrades may qualify for significant CleanBC and Canada Greener Homes rebates through our HPCN registration.
AC Tune-Ups & Maintenance
$329 standard tune-up, or $289 with our Spring Promo Membership. Catches problems before they turn into a 35°C weekend emergency. Annual maintenance also keeps most manufacturer warranties valid.
Ductless Mini-Split Services
