We’re a Vancouver-based HVAC contractor headquartered at 1990 Pandora Street, serving homeowners and commercial clients across Vancouver, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, Kerrisdale, the West Side, East Van, and the North Shore — with additional coverage across Burnaby, Coquitlam, Squamish, and Whistler.
We built Western Pacific around a specific belief: that high-quality residential and commercial HVAC work in BC requires three things that are harder to find than they should be — genuine technical expertise, disciplined communication, and honest conversations about cost.

We employ Red Seal certified technicians and train the next generation of Red Seal apprentices ourselves. That’s not a marketing line — it’s a commitment to a national trade standard that shows up in every install we do. When a Western Pacific technician charges a refrigerant circuit, they’re accountable to a documented process, not a gut feel.
Specialists in Cold-Climate Heat Pumps
We install and service a range of heat pump technologies, with particular depth in cold-climate ducted heat pumps and Samsung FJM multi-split systems — which are often the best fit for Vancouver’s older heritage homes in neighbourhoods like Kitsilano and Kerrisdale where conventional ducting isn’t practical.
Residential and Commercial, 50/50
Half our work is residential — furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, maintenance, HRV/ERV ventilation. The other half is commercial installs and service for strata councils, property managers, and facility owners across the Lower Mainland. That mix means we’ve seen everything from a ductless retrofit in a 1920s Kitsilano bungalow to a multi-rooftop unit replacement on a Burnaby light-industrial building.
Our Shop at 1990 Pandora Street
Our main office and shop is located at 1990 Pandora Street in East Vancouver (Hastings Sunrise area, near Commercial Drive). Our trucks roll out from Pandora Street every morning to service homes and buildings across the city — so when you call for a same-week appointment in Vancouver or Kitsilano, we’re typically only a few minutes away.
