Challenge:

An open-concept project built entirely out of post and beam timber, concrete, and glass; this did not leave us a lot of options for penetrations, unit placement, or service chases. So how to integrate a state-of-the-art heat pump system and a stand alone HRV fresh air delivery system without diminishing the home’s avant-garde appeal? Our answer lay in a premium VRF heat pump system, paired with a stand-alone high-efficiency HRV fresh air delivery system. Merging this innovative home design with top-tier HVAC installation was no small feat. 

Solution:

An entirely bespoke HVAC blueprint, where every conceivable solution was explored. Collaborating closely with the building designer and contractor, we devised an almost imperceptible HVAC system that sacrificed nothing in terms of performance. The pillars of our team’s triumph were consistent and clear communication with both the designer and builder, agility in adapting to design evolutions mid-construction, and unwavering faith in our established installation methodology. The result? HVAC perfection, seamlessly integrated.
