Get one piece of equipment ready for the season ahead. Our Red Seal technicians perform a full inspection of your furnace, AC, or heat pump — checking refrigerant pressures (heat pumps and AC), combustion safety (furnaces), airflow, electrical components, controls, and overall system performance. Includes a written report and recommendations.

How Our Pricing Works

New equipment quotes are always free. If you’re considering a new heat pump, furnace, or AC system, our in-home consultation includes sizing, system design, full rebate eligibility review, and a detailed written quote at no cost.

Service calls have a $250 diagnostic fee. Our flat fee covers travel, fuel, and up to 30 minutes of diagnostic work. After we identify the problem, we’ll provide a written flat-rate repair quote — and you decide whether to proceed. Members never pay the diagnostic fee.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We don’t offer after-hours, weekend, or emergency service.
