Excellent communication and service. After calling and booking, we received e-mail confirmation of the scheduled service for our gas furnace and fireplaces. They followed up with an e-mail reminder ( 1-2 days prior to appointment) as well as a same day text notification when the technicians were on their way (within the 2 hour window). During the inspection, they recommended a part for the furnace which we agreed was worn and needed replacing. The technician drove to get the new part, returned, replaced the worn part and completed the inspection. The technicians were competent, friendly and worked efficiently. Very happy with Western Pacific HVAC. We will use them again and we have already recommended their services.

Seriously an efficient, knowledgeable and customer service focused company. We had our dual Gas furnace replaced with a heat pump two years ago. We called them back for just a routine maintenance as the system has been running without issues. Everything is smooth like butter from the get go with zero headaches from booking the appointment online, Casey calling to confirm from the office, to David Smith showing up with a huge smile on his face, and billing. No drama, no hiccups, no problem, I love these guys.
